Great price and location, staff was awesome!

Great price, and great location right off the road we were traveling on for our road trip. Staff was great, young gal, and we were there during the tornado storm just a couple nights ago. Lobby had flooded just a little bit and the front desk lady was great at trying to keep everyone comfortable and calm.

Only thing was that the bathroom in our room was a little dirty, but otherwise it was a good stay.

Bathrooms in all 3 rooms were not clean. Their were no towels for the pool.

it was okay, but I maybe shouldn’t have cancelled my reservation at another hotel to save a couple bucks.

I loved the location easy to get to off the highway! not to noisy. close to plenty of restaurants.

when you walk in to the hotel it smells of chlorine from the pool. our room was on the first floor, no view other then a metal fence for the neighboring property. the is loose and banged around all night. bathroom didn’t seem like it was cleaned well, there were several black pupil hairs stuck to the shower wall around the soap holders and on the floor. the toilet still had some stuff stuck to it like it wasn’t scrubbed well before we arrived. the mirror in the room that doubles as a closet was dirty. We ended up in a room shared by a door with another room. people next door yelled a fought. breakfast was cold not much to go by two choices of cereal, Raisin Bran and Cheerios, one choice of bagels, English muffins that where hard and stale, biscuits, sausage, gravy and scrambled eggs waffle maker and some yogurt water milk, orange juice, apple juice and coffee. only one kind of jelly offered. was told do not take towels out of the room for the pool but when we went to the pool there where no towels, no ventilation in the pool room, smell of chlorine so strong it burns your eyes and can’t breathe. pool water was cold when it’s supposed to be heated.

we were traveling through on a work trip. the staff was great and the lobby beautiful. our bed was comfortable.

the pool/ hot tub area was more on the grungy end. hey didn’t work but we soak for a few mins. our shower was also grungy with the tile. the bathroom floor filled with water while taking a shower. and we stepped on little thistles in the carpet a few times.

It was exhausting. (only partially from my choice of Hotel). :)

The price was good for my stay.

The laundry facilities didn’t work the entire time I was there. The coffee pot didn’t work in the mornings they had to make the coffee. The hot tub was hot but no bubbles. I was in a room that was joined to another and they rented that other room out, it was like those guests were in my room, very loud at least half the nights of my stay. Also one night…some of those quests were smoking ( recreational marijuana) in the room and it come under the door. The staff was extremely nice and overall my stay was very pleasant.

Staff was great.

Very close to the railroad and it was very noisy. Bring your earplugs.

Other than the plumbing, the stay was great

I did not have time to eat breakfast in the morning.

The drain in the shower was half clogged and made the water really dirty to stand in.

Breakfast was almost nonexistent. We went down both mornings and there wasn't enough for the people there wanting breakfast.

Would not stay here again due to the trains. It appears all hotels are near the train tracks

Bed was very comfortable

Shower drain was plugged up. Didn’t know trains ran constantly all through the night. Breakfast eggs and sausage not good
