Room large, view was great.
I reserved 2 rooms with 2 queen beds. When we arrived at 9:00 p.m. they only had 2 rooms with 1 King bed in each room for 6 people. We were upset because the hotel said they had nothing until the next day. Hunter arranged for 2 rollaway beds which were very comfortable for the teenage girls, so the Hotel accommodated us.

concierge staff is exceptional
parking is atrocious; I checked in @ 15:00 on 9/29/2026. I checked out @ 16:00 on 10/03/2026. The only time my room was cleaned, 10:30 AM 9/30/2026. What's up with that? I requested EVS service before 9:00 AM daily. Apparently my request was not well received, as I received EVS service one time in 5 days.
