Disappointing

Looked dirty found marijuana bud on nightstand had to wipe off all desk tops. Room didn't look like it was cleaned correctly.

Unreasonable Extra charge due to overbooking. Charging my credit card for a room they did not have!

I had a fully confirmed booking at this facility. I arrived early in my indicated arrival window. At the reception I was informed that the hotel was overbooked and the booked room was not available. I was offered an upgrade but at a additional charge. I did not find that to be reasonable since I had a confirmed booking and a firm price. I have traveled world wide for 40 years and never been presented with a request for additional payment due to an issue on the hotel not on me. I requested the room at the the booked and confirmed rate, but the reception refused. I requested to speak to the management. That was also refused. I said that I found that unreasonable whereafter the Receptionist asked me to leave the hotel immediately. I did not find that to be pleasant or reasonable, but I left with no further argument and found another hotel in time that happily took my business. When I returned home I realized that the Extended Stay America Hotel has charged my credit card for the booked amount, which I find very odd to say the least. Needless to say I cannot recommend to book this hotel, since they are not costumer friendly.

That they do not true to their bookings. If they are overbooked they should, like everyone else would have done, offer me another room at the same rate. They should never charge me for a room they could not deliver. At least they could have contacted me and told me they were not able to deliver as booked and offered a solution.

Pleasant

it was a pleasant stay. Breakfast is nothing but a cup of coffee, and a few muffins.

coordination between staff could be better. I had requested an additional day stay for which I wanted to pay in advance but the staff on duty said she has reserved it and insisted that I pay on that day (later) itself and was not willing to take any advance. However, that day I got delayed coming from my meeting and they started disturbing my kids in the room to vacate the place or pay immediately. Anyways my husband paid but I dint want him to as it was my treat.

Low quality for a medium-priced hotel with dingy room, filthy dog area, not even coffee offered

Location is convenient to Ft Sill and some shopping and eats. We were able to have our dog with us. Bed mattress was okay.

This hotel has gone down in quality. Our room was NOTHING like the photos - bedding was old, cheap brown fuzzy blanket on beds, bathroom clean but old. Dark depressing room in browns and old brown furniture. "Kitchenette" was absolutely bare - no coffee maker or packets, no mugs, no tea, no flatware or dishes etc. Yes, you can ask for some things at the desk but that is so inconvenient just to have a cup of tea...and of course there IS no tea at the hotel for sale or complimentary. I arrived later in the evening and just wanted a cuppa tea or coffee, expecting there to be some for guests - other hotels always have it available on a coffee bar - but not here. The business center was closed & locked, and I needed to use it for house-hunting and other tasks; when I asked about it they said IHG shut it down during Co-vid and never reopened it...why they don't know (or care apparently since pandemic is past). Desk staff was mostly nice but for a female night person. The "store" is sad and the "breakfast" also - cheap gummy muffins in wrappers, cheap granola bars, and finally the coffee/tea appeared for 3 whole hours from 6-9a.m. Dog area was filthy with poo as were all other grassy areas; we walked our dog farther away.

Great place to stay.

First the price was great. Staff was friendly. The room was so big and had all the conveniences of home, bed was comfortable. Morning Coffee was good

Bed was so hard and uncomfortable. Sink was dirty when got in. Phone on desk instead by bed. Could use list of local places to eat.

It was a comfortable stay.

The rooms were clean. We even had a full kitchenett and the staff was very freindly.

The breakfast was only oatmeal and muffins. Im diabetic, as is half of americans, a more diverse breakfast with diabetic freindly options

Will Not stay here again if I have a choice, although second stay better than first.

Location very convenient - Only reason I stayed a second time.

Everything!!! Not what I expected from ESA, although my 2 recent trips were my first stays since pandemic. Don't know if all ESA's have deteriorated this much or if it was just the Lawton, OK location. Room better on my second 3-night stay. Better service at a Motel 6!
