I really appreciated the complimentary airport shuttle and daily breakfast. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the thoughtful touches—like a shelf of free snacks and personal care items—made my stay truly special. It is the small things that make a big difference, and I hope they continue this wonderful service.
While the refrigerator didn't keep my food as cold as I hoped, and the shower head needed a slight adjustment to keep the water off the ceiling, I really appreciated the secure environment. Having to enter through the front door made me feel safe, and I completely understand why access is controlled this way.

Location, cost, cleanliness of room
Breakfast was a great dissappointment!! A brown bag with a small stale muffin, a granola bar, and an apple. Tv didn't work.

Front desk was very helpful with suggestions on how / when to avoid DC traffic. We left before breakfast service, and managed the DC circle easier than had we waited! Bonus, Room had a taller toilet. So much appreciated after 14 hours of driving!!!

Location was convenient but it needs a total refresh. The room had been adequately redone but the common areas were dingy and worn. The smell of smoke was present in all the halls and common areas.
