It’s perfect for a one night stay

It’s exactly what your paying for a place to lay your head for a night so you can catch a flight staffs nice you get breakfast even offer parking and a shuttle to and from the airport and right next to the airport

The beds are a little uncomfortable. The pillows are small the blankets are are thin

GREAT LOCATION TO BRADLEY AIRPORT

Friendly staff, Location to Bradley Airport couldn't have been more perfect. They had Shuttle Service which was great! Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Even though I booked for 3 adults and an 8 year old child, the room only had 2 sets of towels, washcloths etc. No Continental Breakfast of ANY Kind. Not even fruit or Pastries.

It was okay… made the best out of it

Location is close to a lot of food spots… it’s quiet day or night

They said they have breakfast but all that’s there is limited bagel a waffle press machine, bread slices, tangerine (fruit) 2 type cornflakes and coffee if I knew I would not pay for the breakfast included.

Disappointing

The beds were comfortable and the location was near alot of restaurants.

Some of the other residents that were staying there were being loud. The room had a bad smell to it like something wet. I was not told we were supposed to request fresh towels and linen. When I called at night for fresh towels, they said they didn't have any. When I asked about the internet not working in the night, they said to try the password again and give it five minutes. I will not be staying here again.

Reception is ok, breakfast is ok and location is perfect

The hotel is ok for the value of the money. The main problem is the clean. Housekeeping is not really doing their job as it should be. Towels is not clean, and bed cover is not clean also.

I would not recommend and would not go there again. The price was way to much for the quality of the hotel.

Nothing...we had 4 throw pillows. Tiny pillows. Staff would not provide us with more. Room was not all that clean...cable nocked half the channels as I was watching TV. And to top it of they tagged 40 bucks on my bill to 180. This place is horrible

Rooms were dirty sheets had poop on them and toilet was broken and reported this to staff and they did nothing

Their total disregard for cleanliness and morals it was absolutely horrible

It was a quiet stay I enjoyed watching the planes and the room was great

The beds were super comfy and the staff was really nice. I arrived earlier than I had expected they let me stay in the lobby while they cleaned they even offered me some coffee as I was falling asleep.

Pleasant

Breakfast was fine. It was a nice environment to sit and enjoy a moment.

The lighting in the bathroom did work above the sink and the fan was clinky and a little loud.

Looks like it needs some updating. Felt like I slept at a motel I stayed because I had try and sleep

The beds were made nicely and clean.

Uffff the toilet was shaking outta the wall, mold on the ceiling and in the tub one of the towels had hair wrapped in it.

It suited me for the night but wouldn't stay again without an update to the facility

The staff was great and the bed was super comfortable!

The facility was in desperate need of a make over. It felt dirty. The carpet, bedding and bathroom were kind of gross. I wouldn't walk barefoot on the carpet or in the bathroom. If it was updated it would be great

We reserved 4 nights but, due to a family emergency, we had to leave after 3. They still charged.

There was dog crap on nearly all the neighboring grass. We have a service dog and need to take him out to relieve himself. We always clean up but there was almost no place to walk without stepping in crap. We reserved 4 nights but, due to a family emergency, we had to leave after 3 nights about which we notified them. They are still fighting me on my credit card and are still charging us for the 4th night. It will be the last night they get from us. We have been having a lot of problems with Wyndham hotels regarding overcharging. We are all done with any and all Wyndham properties. They can keep the the 4th night and they will never see another night's stay from us. There are plenty of hotels available. The hotel was clean, service was good and the breakfast was adequate but their greed was too much.
