The staff was nice, short drive up to Zion and local stores
Our room had a super old microwave, a fridge that barely worked and the dresser and cabinet holding it all was falling apart. Broken and just crumbling into pieces. There was a random guy sitting in the corner of the parking lot that made me as a women feel very uncomfortable all the time so my fiance wouldn't leave me alone. We stayed here 2 nights and I was never totally comfortable. I made sure my car was secured several times in the night time and double checked our room locks. The bed made a lot of noise as we sat on it and it wasn't very confortable.

We loved its proximity to food and stores. The front desk clerk was very welcoming and accommodating. He made sure we got what we needed and he seemed to be doing a lot for the hotel.
We had to request for clean linens because the ones in the room seemed used (hair and stains). I noticed the mattress cover has urine stains. The pillows need to be updated (they're brown). There weren't any facial tissues (Kleenex) in the room.

I enjoyed the location and price. You get what you pay for.
Our door did not close all the way and the shower leaked everywhere due to the curtains being a tad bit too short.
