The staff is always friendly and very efficient
The bathroom could be cleaned better. Sometimes the ac goes up on its own and it’s hotter in the room in the morning than at night.

The location was super convenient with grocery/food/shopping within a five minute drive down the road.
I didn't like that the pool was out of service the whole week I was there which was half the reason I chose this place due to the weather forecast for the time I was there. When I spoke to the front desk, they said they informed booking.com that the pool was unavailable but I did not receive a heads up/notification from either the hotel or the website which was very inconvenient considering the price I paid.

The staff was extremely nice and tried to be accommodating by asking if we wanted to change rooms with each issue we encountered.
1. TV in initial room didn't work. They moved us to new room
2. Temperature control didn't work that night asked them to check in the morning. When we return to the room the temp was 98%...They offered to move room but said no and they were able to fix
3. Toleti didn't flush offered to move rooms again but was able to fix.
