Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the woman who appeared to be in charge of the breakfast area. She was very pleasant and seemed to be very attentive to the guests. She was always smiling and greeted guests while she was working. She didn't miss a beat! Staff worked very hard to keep areas full of food and guests happy. However, seating was not good. People stood by tables waiting for people to get up so they could use their tables. It made the breakfast experience awkward and you felt rushed.
I have traveled my entire life. I've never filled out a negative survey. Unfortunately, sleeping in this hotel was below our expectations to say the least. Pillows were very small (throw pillow size), bedding was sheets, and mattresses were absolutely uncomfortable (hard as rocks). We just didn't get sleep. Air conditioning unit was not consistent and room became over heated at certain points thru the weekend. On another note, there seemed to be an odor throughout the hotel, we weren't sure if it was animal, but it was certainly obvious.
