We liked that the hotel offered a pool and a hot tub, with later hours so we didn't have to hurry back to make sure my son had time to swim at the end of the day. We only had one issue the first night where we think pool chemicals were added right before we visited the pool area so we left after a few minutes but we went back 2x the next day with no problems. The room was pretty well cleaned which is a high compliment from me.. I only had to wipe up one corner in the bathroom which is really nice and understandable. I would suggest a different method of cleaning the bottom of the tub to get a deeper clean, but other than that the room was well kept and we fully intend on staying here again next year. Oh and one other little thing, if housekeeping only comes every other day they might want to consider larger trash recepticles. No big deal but just a little thing to note. The location is perfect for a short drive to the race track and also very close to restaurants and shopping. Probably one of the best hotels we have stayed at recently.
Chlorine or whatever chemicals added to the pool our first day, and maybe consider a larger receptacle for trash and or recycling.

Lots of restaurants in the area and a grocery store. The front desk attendants were great. Breakfast options weren’t bad!
There was a cigarette butt in the pull out couch. The shower was dirty. The hot tub was also dirty. To be fair, I did not bring this up to the staff so I don’t know how they would have responded.
