The room was clean, but we were unsatisfied with getting changed from the room we reserved to another type room without

Clean and convenient

We reserved a king room with a sofa bed. After check-in and getting to our room, it was a double Queen room. When we returned to the desk to explain that we were given the wrong room, we were told the hotel had overbooked king rooms and ours got changed to a double Queen. We were NOT notified of this at check-in 5 minutes earlier by the same desk clerk. She was told there was nothing she could do about it, and it was a non-refundable room. The double Queen rooms are significantly smaller regarding floor space making it more difficult to move around in.

The large room! Super nice staff.

The furniture was very dirty and the facility could use a good cleaning. Lots of trash around outside.

Get rid of the mold

The staff is friendly Good breakfast

Management needs to step up with the quality and repair!!The bathroom ceiling above shower had obvious bad plaster patch job. Mold was on popcorn ceiling. And in walls above sink. Get rid of the popcorn ceiling and get fans in your bathroom to get rid of the mold; Clean your tub drains! There were dead fungus gnats in tub every day. Clearly a health issue and not up to Hilton or Hampton inn standards. Carpet needs cleaning too Room 317

Our room was clean and the staff was engaging and they had good personality.

The breakfast was average but totally convenient.

Breakfast could have been better but it served the purpose of providing a meal and we were able to get something to eat.

The location was close to a lot of restaurants and Memphis. Was able to get to main attractions quick and easy.

The cleaning staff was rude and banged on our door early in the morning.

Overall it was fine.

I was told prior to my visit that the pet deposit would be $50. I was charged $75. I brought it to the attention of the desk clerk on Sunday Oct. 9 at check out. She made no attempt to address the issue.

It was ok, but I have stayed at this location before and all other visits was great.

The location was great.

The room was not thoroughly clean, there was enough towels also the ac was not blowing cool

stayed there while looking to move to the area.

close to shopping and freeway.

beds felt like they were doubles, and not queens. toilet hard to flush and shower had low pressure and hot & cold water was temperamental. cloth chair in room was soiled and stained. there were also stains on the wall next to the bed.

Best staff ever!!!

Even after i had checked out, the staff was still helpful. I left my car light on da night I stayed and dat morning my battery was dead. Maintenance helped jump my car, so awesome to care enough to go above and beyond!!!!

Everything was hands down a 10!!!!

Superb

The breakfast was great. Lots of options. The fact there was a pool and towels available near it. Bed was comfortable.

Kind of noisy in the hallways sometimes and staff was ok. Weren’t bad , just not the most inviting.

I will not stay at this Hampton Inn on my next visit.

The location was fine for my needs. The room was clean and the shower was hot and had good water pressure. The beds were a little hard but were clean.

The floor near the air conditioner was damp. And the breakfast stuff was not good. The bread items were dry and the bacon and eggs were very wet. But the coffee was good.
