Excellent location in Juneau. Free on-site parking is great! It's nice to have a restaurant on site as well.
The rooms are a little old. The whole hotel could use a small facelift and general upgrade. But everything was clean and comfortable.

The location was great. We were close enough to walk downtown, yet far enough away from the cruise tourists. The girls at the front desk were always pleasant and anything we needed, they were very helpful. Not sure if the Ramada has anything to do with the food, but that was excellent.
We were placed downstairs which had an awful smell and the facilities need to be greatly updated!! The laundry room was nasty and very unclean.
