Our favorite accomodations in the area. Easy to get to shopping and historic area.

We didn't participate in the morning breakfast area but when we passed it always neat and clean

Great location with clean rooms and free breakfast.

Great location! My family took a trip to Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens for the first time. This hotel was close to everything including some great restaurants and shopping districts. The staff was nice and, while the building is not the most modern, the rooms were very clean.

The breakfast selection could be better, but was still great to have!

We stay at this location every year and the great location, kind staff and clean room keep us coming back

The location is perfect to all the restaurants, historical sites and shopping.

Adjacent room was a little noisy, loud talkers, but you get that everywhere.

Good, not great

Great location. Breakfast was good. We had two issues and the staff handled them wonderfully! Fairly standard room and amenities. Compared to the prices of the other hotels in the area, it was way cheaper. I would stay here again.

Our first room had ants in it and they covered everything. We asked for a room change and we’re given a new room. (Staff was super kind, responsive, and took us seriously) Everything was just a little dirty. Everything was outdated. The TV really disappointing.

I enjoyed it except for the breakfast when I was running a bit close to 9:00 getting there.

The bed was comfortable, the tv was good, the shower was nice and the breakfast was pretty good. Wished there were pancakes or waffles everyday, but only had pancakes on Sunday.

It feeling rushed at breakfast by one of the staff who complained about people coming to breakfast too close to 9:00 AM. This caused stress during breakfast and took the pleasure out of eating at the hotel.

Disappointing. I've stayed at many Best Westerns over the years. Nt likely to do so in the future.

Location was OK. The breakfast area was neat, clean and attractive. Comfortable as well. Bathroom was small but the lighting was exemplary, probably the only up to date area of the property.

The room was tired - old slightly beat up. Two of the drawers were off their railings or fittings. The corridors were dull and did not look as if they were vacuumed very often. Only one of the two elevators was functional most of time we were there. In addition their operations seemed in need of adjustment or repair. We never were sure we would be able to exit properly.

the water in the swimming pool was very cold for me icy cold. the hot tub was not working and the water was also cold..breakfast was ok, but there was no bread every day

Hotel was worth the price. Will gladly stay again

The location was good for shopping and restaurants. We loved the hot tub. The breakfast was good. A lot of selections to choose from. The hotel staff was very friendly

Saw a few ants here and there.

Superb

Staff was A plus. Room was comfortable. Had a jet tub, the only bad thing to turn on and off we had to get up and get out of the tub to turn off and on. I wanted to soak some after the jets.

Rooms need a little updating. Beds are like sleeping on rock's. Other than that, loved the place.

We won’t be back

Location was very convenient for us. The cost was quite reasonable.

The beds were uncomfortable. I felt the springs in the mattress. The bedding was ripped. I found a pair of men’s underwear on the shelf in the bathroom.

Very disappointed with our room. It was very run down, bed broke and couch disgusting.

I really hate to say it, but the location was the only thing we liked.

The room was very run down. The bed sloped, the sofa couch was disgusting, and the spa tub was less than desirable for the money. The breakfast food was not very good, bland tasting. Looking into a hidden $100 charge (which was not present on our receipt when we checked out) I found after looking into my bank statement.
