I like all the food options that are near by. Also having a crib for my toddler was a very nice amenity.
I wish that the lobby had a bottled milk option in the snack area. Our room’s bathroom didn’t have a working exhaust fan

The breakfast was excellent. The space was ample. The rooms were clean. the staff was very friendly. The location is excellent, next to Mall and lots of spots to find something to eat
Elevator is located at one end of the building, so there is some walk to get to rooms to the other end.

Very clean, even in corners. Staff attentive. Check-in and out were quick. Everything was spacious. Shower water was nice. Personal care products smelled good. Bathroom was well-designed with counter space and hooks, nightlight, fan. The coffee was good. The TV and Wifi were good. The courtyard and lobby were pretty*.
Lighting and odor. Lobby/breakfast area was DINGY instead of warmly gorgeous as it appears in the photos. Disappointing! In our room, the window was very small plus half obstructed by a heavy curtain. Carpeting. Our room smelled bleachy, like a pool locker-room. Bed not cushiony, but it was OK. The AC cycled off and on but never cooled the room enough. It was not possible to keep the fan a steady on = disruptive to sleep. (use a white noise app!). The toilet kept running. *The courtyard was not really a nice walking path as shown in photos; it is small and many windows look into it = you may be watched! (It was still a nice feature). I was expecting a great breakfast based on reviews, but it was just average, imo. Warmed up stuff, apples + bananas, juice machine, store muffins.
