Employees seemed very busy but tried to accommodate as best as possible. Room was clean.
The room was extremely hot when we arrived. Curtains were open making the sun heat the room and the AC was not on upon arrival Once we turned the AC on, it was discovered it didn't work and the hotel was overbooked. We could not be moved. Once we arrived back for from the concert, we asked if the front desk was able to get us a fan. The hotel clerk had us follow him to get one and it was huge. The evening cooled down enough that we were able to sleep in the room without the fan. There needs to be instructions for the TV. Apparently, we were supposed to purchase a TV package to watch the channels? The hotel clerk did something to make the TV work. The bed was ok, but the sheets were stiff and scratchy.

The receptionists(male) were all very hospitable and were at your service
I am yet to recieve my refund as I didn’t stay for the rest of my nights but not refunded yet.
At 643am people have already consumed and taken extra of the breakfast to their rooms.
I talked to a lady sure is a supervisor about the empty trays but she did nothing till I just had to leave.
