The comfortable room and the great breakfast

the cook lady was extremely attentive to the guests having breakfast - a real bonus of a lady for the hotel
a few black hairs on one of the pillows and an extremely curt server / helper that closed up the breakfast doors, exactly at 10am, even seeing that a lady was going to try and pick something up - very rude and I have never seen this attitude towards guests anywhere else.

The hotel was very nice. Very Clean the rooms are very big. Breakfast was real good it had a variety of items to eat. The pool area was clean and there were towels available. The hotel itself was clean inside and outside. The staff was very friendly. The hotel has coffee in the lobby as well as Juice and water available to you. The hotel was near shopping and restaurants. Great location and a great hotel.

It’s in a good location with plenty of dining and shopping near-by.
Check in was at 3pm and the room was not ready when we arrived at 3:05pm. We ended up going to get something to eat, without being able to change first like planned, while we waited for our room. The last time we stayed there we were on the 5th floor and the elevators were down.
