The location was great for our excursions into Newport and Boston. The breakfast was fantastic which allowed us to just eat dinner the rest of the day.

Breakfast selection was plentiful and the daily hot selection was very nice .
The lounge area with water / tea/coffee is great .
We had a blocked toilet , requested maintenance assist while we were at breakfast , returned in the evening and had to repair the issue ourselves thereafter clean the toilet also . It would also have been helpful for our bins to have been emptied during our stay which weren’t done .
