The beds were comfortable, the remote didn’t have a battery and we had trouble turning off the tv.

The front desk staff were excellent! I needed tampons and they had them.
The Keurig in the room was great, the coffee machine was great.
I loved the tub in the Queen room.
That there was a timer light that you had to wind up in the bathroom. The light would turn off automatically.

I had a pleasant stay at the Best Western. The room was a nice size, clean, and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well throughout my stay. The staff was friendly, and the overall experience was positive. I would definitely consider staying here again.
The only area that could use some improvement is the bath towels. They were a bit rough and felt worn, so upgrading them to softer, newer towels would make the stay even more comfortable. Overall, I had a pleasant experience.

I was using the bathroom and the ceiling was leaking water on me. Apparently a leak from the room above.
