WiFi did NOT work in the room!-unbearable smell in the elevator; LOUD heater air blowing

Location good near my family I was visiting

Heater air was so loud I couldn’t sleep and room would be cold if the hot air would turn off As it adjusts to the temperature set. The hotel lobby especially the elevator smelled so bad.

Unable to shower. Never addressed

Very good

Clean facility. Big rooms. Breakfast was ok. Very friendly check in worker.

They charged a $50 incidental which should have been refunded or never processed through but it was and now I have to file a claim with my credit card company to have it refunded. Mistakes happen but it was a hassle calling in and trying to speak with the manager about the issue. I was forwarded to them, supposedly, 4 different times. The last call, the employee stated that the manager said it was probably being held by my credit card and that I needed to go thru them. The manager seemed to have been at the desk because I heard them talking before I would be put on hold and forwarded to voice-mail. So now I need to wait up to 60 days to get my refund...

It's an okay hotel

The wifi connection is very poor in the room, well at least in the room I was in. The wifi signal was strong in the corridor but not in the room

Staff was nice.

Breakfast was nothing great and was disappointed that the laundry area was not working. Gym is small.

Very nice

The breakfast was very adequate but as I am watching my weight, and chose what I thought were Cheerios, that ended up being sweetened.

Fancy Hotel with really nice service!

The grand majority! We really appreciated all the services and they even provide fresh baked cookies! Service was exceptional and everyone was very kind.

The only things we didn’t like were that sometimes we asked for some things and it took a while for them to get, and the wifi. But other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

The stay was very good

We missed breakfast which ended too early by our standards. But it smelled good. 😊

The shower fixture was broken and hard to adjust. Also the curtains was directly over the heating unit which caused the heat to be directed on the window As the fan blow the curtains outward. But, the room became warmer with a higher temperature.

Our experience did not make us want to return to this location.

The location was idea ... close to family who we visited and the medical facility where we had an appointment. There was an electric car charging station available.

It took 4 tries to get an acceptable room. The first one the key card didn't work. The second room the beds were too small. The third room reeked of mildew. The 4th room was fine. However the bathroom was not in great shape. The sink was cracked. The water Luke warm. The pillows were lumpy.

There are other hotels in the area; I would select one of them the next time.

My room was of ample size and was attractive.

Cable television was out for the entire facility. Staff told me it would be restored the next day, but it wasn’t. I requested, in person, by phone and by email for a manager to speak to me, but my requests were ignored.

There was a problem with the toilet. The water was spilling over from the tank every time I flushed the toilet
