Not the best

Nothing.

The location of the room, the drive way, the heater, the bathtub, the sink, the squeaky sound.

We definitely won’t come back or recommend this place.

No elevator for elderly parent; the only way to room was through enclosed area that had no air conditioning and was uncomfortably hot; garbage cans were overflowing; glass doors in corridor going from front to back of building were locked and seemed to be a fire hazard, you had to exit the building and walk around the outside perimeter to get to the parking lot; and the bathroom was in poor condition, with a shower apparently not sealed properly that creaked and buckled when you stepped in it.

I travel there every week for work and will never be staying at this hotels or another choice hotels

The fact that the elevator was not working and not informed until after I had already paid. And pool was closed. So I had to pay full price for 2/3 of a hotel with out all the amenities and then also got charged an extra 50 dollars that has not been returned. So I'm not happy about paying full price plus extra for a hotel that wasn't even up and running completely.

We’ve stayed at several Quality Inns in the past. This one was the worst.

Breakfast was the best part of the stay.

The king bed was hollow in the middle. My wife and I rolled into each other all night. There were flies and ants in the room and bathroom. If it weren’t so late when we checked in, I would have asked to change rooms.

Close to interstate

Door had big gab on bottom cold air was coming in to room and went to breakfast girl was not very friendly. Rude

Pleasantly surprised

The room was clean and very roomy. Breakfast was very nice.

The outside door were sticky and ours and the people above us had to make a lot of noise to close it.

Exceptional

Joanna at the front desk is an amazing asset to your company 🥰 extremely professional,kind and sincere. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The rooms were inviting. Breakfast was good also they had waffles, potatoes, eggs and sausage that day. The best part of all for me at breakfast was the expresso machine🥰 it isn't your ordinary expresso and it was awesome.

I cannot say that anything was bad.
