See previous stays. The staff was extremely helpful with providing information. Help after truly listening to what we were looking for vs just saying anything to get rid of us. They also respected our reasons for being in town for serious medical appointments that required us to play it day by day, for some of our stays. Other times we knew ahead of time it was 2 or 3 days. Others depending on results. Bloodwork, radiology scans, and physicians that could review and order additional testing. They did not make us feel bad, or add stress to a stressful situation. We appreciate all of the staff!
Lack of points. Discounts direct via other brands, and black out dates with discounts for loyalty stays.

Location and the staff were all extremely helpful. We travel for medical appointments that are too hard to plan and travel after being in treatments and testing waiting and stressing all day. It has a terrific location, older or dated rooms but the BEDS which is most important for us, the fridge/freezer combo, and the tech lights for charging devices and medical equipment made it easy. The parking is also a benefit for easy parking and loading. The staff assisted us with terrific recommendations for specific food we wanted to try. They all listened and cared verses a repeat answer. We were impressed. Only negatives are buying via OTA’s adds fees and extra costs while recommending booking directly offered zero discounts. Despite no fees other than tax. Blankets and pillows slightly out of date but we always travel w our own. It was clean. The beds seem new or only 1-2 years old. We are Hilton Honors, IHG propriety club, and other card holders but for the value and great size of rooms and bed. We would recommend. Thank you.
Not enough pillows and they were pretty flat. Bedding is very thin and older. They do have extra blanket above the microwave. This too worked very well.check out time does not honor completions late check out for Hilton Honors, IHG priority club, Marriot rewards, etc. so the small benefits of free upgrade, late check out, are non existent. However some of these are not required due to excellent parking pulled right gl the door. Some hotels too low are exactly what you pay for or worse. Others can run over the top in rate. This has a good rate, felt safe, while keeping respectful rates.

The bed was comfortable and the guy at the desk was nice
There was a sock under the mattress cover the room smelled like cigarettes even though it said no smoking . The breakfast consisted of stale cereal and the fruit was all brown.
