Exactly what you need if you just need somewhere to sleep!

It was very close to the heart of town. The staff was very friendly. They answered all my questions. I felt safe. Parking was perfect, got a spot right in front of my room.

The room smelled upon arrival. The shower water ran brown when I turned it on. The sheets felt very stale, maybe even unwashed. The mouthwash was pre opened.

Very poor conditions for the cost.

Close to track and downtown Saratoga.

Rooms were extremely tight for more than 2 adults. Hotel showed it’s age. Rooms had a strange odor. Outdoor pool was not open. Very disappointing for the price.

It was ok. Way expensive for the accommodation

Grounds well kept. Good location. Nice size room

No ice bucket. Old bath towels small and rough not enough towels. Kinda half renovated

overall it was a great stay and would stay there again.

our room was very spacious and clean. Make your own waffles for breakfast. staff was friendly.

Hours and prices for the spa were not very good.

my steel was just for one night, but I enjoyed my room very much. The bed was comfortable. The room was nice clean well-

The property was very clean very well maintain the staff was very pleasant

The only thing I didn’t like was we lost Internet service about an half an hour after I got there and when I left the next morning at 5 AM it was still no Internet. It’s the staff had no answers for me. I was told they keep trying, but no one would return your phone call.

I was disappointed for my friends,since I booked the hotel.Not a comfortable nights stay!

heat was not turned on ahead for us,shower was broken,the entire Inn seemed to be under construction.Worker's were active pretty early in the morning.I asked if there was a reciept when we checked out but was told they were not responsable to provide me one.

nice little getaway at a reasonable price

it was clean and well kept, the hot tub was nice, pool was a little too chilly to get in

we stayed on a Monday night and was looking forward to the breakfast in the morning but was informed during check in that breakfast is not served on weekdays..

Disappointed

The location

Bathroom was "cheaply" maintained, water did not drain properly. The pillows were so flat on the bed we had to roll up the bathroom towels to get some height. Definitely wasn't worth the ridiculous $$ that was charged to lay our heads down.

A short weekend with a wonderful massage site.close to town with a clean room and accommodations that were subpar.

Felt at home, taken care of and comfortable!

The staff was very nice and helpful. location couldn’t be better. Breakfast was a bonus too!

Good value

The room was spacious and clean and comfortable and the staff we encountered were very friendly.

It looked like the bathroom was mid renovation. The tub has several layers of enamel visible and there was trim missing under the window.

Great location but overall condition of the property is questionable.

Close location to Saratoga Springs was ideal.

Condition of bathroom, especially the tub/shower was poor.

Not very good.

All hallway smelled of mold, which is encapsulated inside the walls due to the air conditioning units. Entire hotel needs to be renovated. Air Conditioning Unit in room did not run right. Jacuzzi tub dangerous getting in and out of the shower.

EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS !

The big plus for us was the hot tub, Sauna and pool . Fitness center also was good.
