My son loves the breakfast and the cleanliness of the hotel. Th staff was friendly.

Beds and pillows were very comfortable AC worked great. My family slept peacefully and felt safe.
When my son was fixing to take a shower the water had an awful smell so he decided not to. The bathroom upgrade I believe stopped in our hotel room. The bathtub was old and had patches on it. Part of the wall didn't get painted and there were black ants all over the bathroom.

Staff was very friendly and helpful
My room door had to be reset after each use of the card key. Staff was having a difficult time getting it to work properly

Cleanliness of the room was appreciated along with friendliness of the front desk staff.
The amount of counter space, lounge space/ couch area.
Size of the room, comfy pillows and bed.
Parking gets full and there are no signs indicating where else is available for anyone from either hotel (this and the one next door) to park.
The elevator felt like it was fighting for it's life, is it even safe to ride?
Breakfast seemed very watered down from the orange juice to the thin sheet pancakes.
The AC in the room sounded like a rainstorm was going on all night.
