Perfect in every way

I went with a friend. I cannot tell you our surprise and delight to find that instead of just two queen beds in 1 room, ours was a 2 room suite, each with their own queen bed and TV, separated by pocket doors and wood laminate flooring instead of hotel carpeting. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Definitely a place I plan to come back to. So nice to be able to park the car, with free parking; walk to wonderful restaurants and to the theatre.

Check in was running late as the rooms were not ready but the desk clerk did her best to get us in as soon as possible.

No hot water!

Beautiful hotel, great location, room was great.

We were there for one night. When my grandson got into the shower around 8:30pm, there was no hot water. None! Ice cold. And since there was no bath tub, my grandson (who is special needs) could not do his normal relaxation before bedtime. Very disappointing. Hotel offered to send repairman up, but it was late and we were tired, so we declined and just hit the hay. The next morning, when we returned from eating breakfast, our key card wouldn't work. So we had to go back down to the lobby to get a new card. I was disappointed that we had two mishaps in our short 1-night stay, and was very disappointed that mgmt never offered anything as compensation for our aggravation. Not even an apology. Lesson learned: check the water situation when first entering hotel room!

Exceptional

Easton is a beautiful and quaint town. The hotel is historic and provides beautiful views of downtown and the waterways. As a nature lover walking through the trails were amazing.

During my stay, Room 603 was extremely loud passed the quiet hours of 11:00 PM to 7 AM. Extremely loud rap music, loud p

Check in is at 4:00 PM, room wasn’t ready upon check in. When I questioned the staff, member was rude and was told “we are extremely busy.” As a paying customer, my expectations is for the room to be ready upon check in time.

The pillows was stained the sheet had stains on them I had no air and I'm asmatic. It was to hot I could not control the ain't at all it was not ok.

Very enjoyable. Loved the grab bars in the bathroom. Great location.

Room was very nice. Could have used plastic glasses in addition to coffee cups.

Was a bit inconvenient that needed room key to operate elevator.

Bad experience because of Booking problem

Significant reservation system problem.. I tried multiple times to confirm a reservation for the night of 10/5/22 with the hotel and with Booking. I was not able to to confirm a reservation. I ended up with two reservations because of the lack of confirmation. I can only afford to pay for one night. The hotel staff woke me after 11PM on 10/5/22 and advised me to contact Booking. The look and feel of the hotel was luxurious. The staff were awesome and welcoming.

Lovely hotel in downtown Easton. Super comfortable room and amazing staff. My kids of course loves the pool and a very flavorful breakfast
