Very clean and good location. was sad there was robes but no hot tub or spa. also it wasnt clear about getting in the room. So everyone that arrived was confused, we had to let other customers know that you had to go all the way to the coffee shop and deal with all that especially after a long drive. was the only bad part.

Great location with friendly staff. Breakfast (not included) was also very good.

The room itself had seen better days - bathroom door was chipped, both sets of blinds were broken and not great for blocking light regardless and the windows were not good for blocking sound (although little would have reduced the helicopter noise from nearby (hospital?). Also, realize it was a busy weekend in Missoula, but the room was very pricey, especially given the generally "self-service" nature of the hotel.
