They fixed a slow draining sink almost instantly. I went to the office to tell them and the maintenance person followed me back to our unit look at the issue. He left and came back in about two minutes with tools and ten minutes later it was perfect. I only say this because at a more expensive hotel a few days ago it took them a day to fix a problem that I could have fixed in five minutes if I had the tools. Parking within 20 feet of our front door. Easy check in and check out.
Everything was fine.

The room was spacious and clean.
They had great parking.
The coffee situation needs rethinking. It would help to have more counter space in the bathroom.

Affordable, easy and convenient.
The room had a funny smell. The family next door was very loud. The Hot tub is a house hot tub. Not appealing.
