Very good place to stay in Portland. The location is excellent with restaurants and public transportation nearby.

Loved the breakfast options
The view wasn't bad. When booking the room with a "view", I thought it was a view of Portland, not the inner circle of the rest of the hotel campus.
Staff was friendly; check-in was easy
The room was beautiful and very clean
Kind of weird there was no fan in the bathroom, but there's not much to do about that now
Honestly? Probably just the lack of fan in the bathroom. Besides that, I loved everything else and my spouse and I said we would absolutely book again.

It’s in a good location within easy walking distance of the riverfront. It was less expensive than other hotels in the area.
The property is on the older side, and the rooms need to be updated. Weirdly, we were unable to get soap to use for washing hands at the sink. When we asked for soap at the front desk, they said they didn’t provide it and there should be a dispenser. There was no dispenser except in the shower, which was mostly empty.
When I mentioned it again at checkout I got a snort of dismissal. Pretty rude staff.
The cleanliness of the room was mediocre.
The included continental breakfast was OK.
