We enjoyed early check-in. The gentleman at the front desk was juggling phones ringing, walk up customers, a line in which i was in and acknowledged each one, he was courteous and very detailed oriented and fast. We were pleased with room, comfort of bed, all the amenities in each room, size of bathroom, loved that breakfast is included in price of room, and so is the evening happy hour which includes beer, wine, Nachos, hot wings and pizza. We appreciated the fact that parking is included too unlike other hotels. Room service is excellent and fast also. Pool and hot tub very clean. Downtown, gas station, shopping, highway, beach, pier, fairgrounds, everything is walking distance within 15 minutes.
There was nothing we were not happy with which is why this is the hotel we choose to stay anytime we in Ventura.

The rooms are cute and lovely with the mini balcony that you’re able to open windows to feel fresh air.
The night staff was really rude and completely unprofessional. He not only yelled at multiple groups coming back from weddings the second night but also seemed to lack people skills.
