People and Complex Amenities are what make the stay

The mattress was good. The staff were all great. The breakfast was surprising. We'd return for that and the staff alone.

The shower was extremely loud and needed to be fixed. It screamed every time it was moved. The paper products are lesser quality. The bedding linens were very thin.

My room’s bacolny is near air conditioner centre. My 7 years old kid can’t sleep well due to the noise from air conditioners.

We would stay again but not ask for a disabled room.

Loved the breakfast and staff in the breakfast area. Friendly and efficient. Parking was good except there could maybe be at least one more disabled spot. Location was easy to reach from I-5 freeway and getting to Highway 18 was good as well.

Some though needs to be given to putting disabled guests on the 8th floor. There was a fire alarm and if there had actually been a fire my husband and I would not have made it. From when the alarm first went off we were only on the 4th landing and someone told us it was a drill. We managed to get to the elevator and waited till it got turned onto return to our room on the 8th floor. The showers required 4 towels on the floor to avoid water running onto the bathroom floor. The lock would not go into the hole but we felt fairly safe by using the thing that only allows the door to open so far. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink but we made so.

Definitely won’t stay there again! Wayyyyy too expensive!

The beds were comfortable, the new furnishings were nice (Altho not done). Breakfast was nice

Our shower only gave cold water until we complained, it was near impossible to regulate the room temperature, the bathroom sink was backed up, the room refrigerator froze all of our food and we discovered the wall air unit was leaking and the floor was soaked-we tried to talk to someone but most of the staff doesn’t speak English. The young lady at the front desk was pleasant and embarrassed and gave me info for management but they aren’t available until Monday…..

This is my new home away from home every month.

This location has the best staff imaginable. Every member of the staff has been so accommodating. The location is under construction which can be frustrating at times but the staff made up for it.

Disappointed the website did not announce that they were under construction. The pool was closed. No restaurant. No disclosure until AFTER you booked and paid. The entire lobby looked like a rubbish sale. Not one floor was finished... 1st impression to the guest that's spending $180 a room per night should be that the hotel lobby be completed and visually appealing. 1 level/floor at a time be completed so the appearance of a hotel under construction isn't Prevalent!!

We usually stay there every time we come into town. This is our fourth stay. Convenient location to family and shopping

The cost was way out of line for how torn up the property is currently. absolutely no amenities.

I still like the hotel, my number one ☝️ choice

Only The bed 🛌 is very good

It’s true that The hotel is under construction, but still so many things missing from the room like chairs table also I had to wait more than 20 minutes to get warm water 🚿 in the shower

I can't wait to stay here after the renovation is complete

The location is very good and the bed is extremely comfortable.

Right now the hotel is totally under construction so there are no additional amenities. Soon though!!

I bought through a third party and did not reload it pull be under constitution. no pool or gym which is one of the reasons we booked the stay

The front desk lied to booking.com customer service. On the website it says they're swimming pool is available but when I went to the front desk and asked if they had a swimming pool the lady only said no. I told her the only reason why I chose this hotel is because online it said there was a swimming pool.
