Breakfast is great and it is a perfect location for us.
We did not get the room we had reserved upon our late check in the first night and Mike was unable to correct it? The next day Michelle took wonderful care of us and was able to correct our room situation. So appreciate her and her service!!

Everything! The staff were friendly and polite. The room was nice and cool, very clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious!

A spectacular Mount Rainier view from our room.
The pillows and the bed was comfortable.

The room was amazing.
Lobby was super cold. Long wait time to check in. Also how is it fair that the staff members have a portable heater but the guest didn’t have any type of heating while eating breakfast. Also the lobby bathroom (men’s bathroom) it was a mess.
