Staff - amazing. Room - comfortable and large. Location - perfectly located between old town and the Shinkansen station.
The bathroom was the least amazing part of the room, but that's not to say it was bad. It just wasn't up to the bathrooms in the other hotels I stayed at. But this is nitpicking and should not be taken too seriously.

The location as it’s close to Karuizawa station, the spacious room and coziness
There are no elevators nor coin laundry facility.
