Staff was outstanding; friendly, accommodating and just overall so welcoming. Rooms are beautifully appointed and surprisingly large.
This is not the hotel’s fault, they can’t help Mother Nature but you can only sit on the beach when the tide is low or starting to move out. The hotel is excellent about providing options, however I wouldn’t call the hotel having a true beach club.

The view and location were wonderful
The noise from the room above was unbearable and made this very expensive stay incredibly uncomfortable
Also, the valet returned my car so filthy. I had it washed before arriving and it was covered in bird poop when I left. They tried to hide it by rolling down the window just enough to conceal everything. For a 5 star hotel, they could at least wipe the windows off if they are going to leave the car in an uncovered spot. It’s just rude and disrespectful.
