Good value, good breakfast, some stuff, unprofessional, dirty, because of construction, and pool not open

Very affordable. We very much liked their breakfast.

I think the reason it was so affordable, is because it was under construction. Nothing on Booking.com, or the hotels website indicate it was under construction. The pool was closed and that is one reason we chose this hotel was for the pool. They accidentally gave a room to someone else, and had to get the “manager” involved to find us a room that would fit her family. The “manager” may have dropped some cuss words in front of us during the process. Not us, but in front of us, but I’m entirely unprofessional. The lady checking us in originally was very nice and professional. Our room was clean, but they put us in the hallway with a lot of construction debris. This is a little thing, but the handle continually kept falling off our bathroom door.

Talk to a lady before booking a room through booking.com I told her what was going on and that I couldn’t check in at the Hampton inn because I didn’t have my card physically with me but had paid in advance for my room I told her that I had cash for the deposit so she said yes we can do that so I went ahead and paid my room in advance but when I got there she said she couldn’t do it. I was really frustrated because I called her before reserving the room just to make sure I didn’t paid for a room that I wasn’t going to be at like the Hampton inn

Didn’t stay here but still have to pay, HORRIBLE service.

Hated it. The front desk lady was VERY rude. I didn’t even stay in this room because she refused to take cash, refused to take my moms card over the phone, and told me to “plan better next time”

Didn’t even check In because of the lady at the front desk, she was very rude, so I’m stuck paying a $200 cancel fee for a room I didn’t stay in, also I wasn’t even there for 10 minutes and there was a man breaking into vehicles in the parking lot, and a lady screaming banging on cars in the parking lot. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECCOMEND this location.

LOVELY place to stay

After a terrible experience driving from out of state and having to find a hotel last minute, country inn in Greeley saved the day! The staff was extremely welcoming and apologized on behalf of the previous hotel we had left, the rooms were extremely clean, quiet, and updated. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

Nothing! It was great! Maybe could use some more parking?

Disappointing because they were overbooked and we couldn’t stay there.

We used booking.com to get the room. The hotel was overbooked and could not honor our booking. Not sure if it was the hotels issue or booking.com

I won’t stay there again

The bed was comfortable

It was not clean at all. Old bar of soap under bathroom sink. Tub looked old and dirty. There was blood in the elevator looked like from a bloody nose. All the carpets were stinky, dirty, and stained! Soda machine dispensed warm drinks.

Would rather have carpet on the floor. Made it sound empty. Pool closes to early. Maybe 10 pm not 8.

the breakfast cheese omlets/potatoes were fire!!! clean room comfy bed

had to pay $40 extra for early check in which is ridiculous..

inconvenience of only allowing guest one room key. Went to breakfast at 8am and had to wait over a half an hour for them to bring out eggs. they were out off all other breakfast items. (no meat, bagels, potatoes, cereal and only had 2 yogurts)

this was the worst possible hotel and experience we could have had

nothing

everything- it was FILTHY inside. we found mouse droppings, stains on furniture, dents and stains on walls, unswept floors, filthy appliances, stained bedsheets, broken tile and flooring, baseboards falling off. staff was eager to not give deposit back even though we have pictures to prove everything we saw. never stay here.
