We were right on the ocean. Beautiful view. Easy access to everything
Only thing I had an issue with was our room smelled like burnt popcorn from previous guest. Our fridge wasn’t clean and the sink water smelled like sewer when you run the water and it was clogged.

This is the 4th time I’ve stayed at the Dayton House and it’s always been a wonderful experience. The rooms are always clean and I love the outdoor bar and multiple pools/hot tubs. The complimentary breakfast you get with your stay is always amazing too with lots of food options to start your day off right. Staff is always helpful and quick to get you what you need. I love the location of the hotel as it’s short walking/driving distance to so many of the different things to do at Myrtle. Also love that it’s such a short walk down to the beach from the hotel. Couldn’t love this place more.

I enjoyed that our builiding wasnt far from the beach.
The staff could have been alot nicer. The facility coudlve been cleaner. Construction is not advertised which is misleading. Parking lot also gets extremely full and garage is not for bigger cars.
