Good location and good staff.
Cable was not functioning until Wednesday. Night supervisor was very nice and continued working to resolve problem. Finally by Day 3 problem fixed. First person sent to resolve problem told us there was nothing he could do.

This place was very clean and our room was great. Customer service was very polite and helpful.
The things we didn’t really enjoy about this hotel was despite other hotels around us having their pools open, ours did not. Not even the indoor pools. Also we got a side view of the ocean which would have been fine… if it was not blocked by huge orange cranes and construction. This place also does not offer free breakfast, check out is early @10am and the line to unload/reload your car is a complete mess. People will just park there cars there and leave them, holding up the whole line.

The Bartender Steve he was an amazing man ❤️ So sweet & very helpful.
The elevators ! They were being renovated & that made it a wait process to use the elevators & one of the elevators feels very loose.
