The fact they copy your credit card front & back or you can't stay & you lose your money. Location, cleanliness, beds, & tv.

Hopefully after the remodel, it will be nice.

Close to all the shopping centers.

Run down. Room stunk. Stained carpet. Dirty box spring covers. Tub still had hair in it. Stained outdoor sidewalk. Busted up bathroom door, Roudy bunch next door, it appeared that they lived there.

Never Again.

The location was perfect and the staff when we checked in and out were both friendly, polite and helpful. They were the best part of this motel and the only reason I gave any stars at all. They both get 5 stars.

1. Our room was supposed to be non smoking. It stunk like stale cigarette smoke. 2. The comforters had stains and smelled. We had to take them off the beds they were so gross. I just folded them up and put them on a chair and then febreezed (my husband ran up to target like an angel) the heck out of everything. 3. I think that quite possibly every person staying or living (some windowsills had decorations??) at the motel smoked and many smoked right on the 2nd flor walkway, directly outside the room doors. These people also chatted and smoked way past 10 pm. Luckily I had my ear plugs. 4. I would have left but we were exhausted after driving 700 miles and just needed to crash as it was late. So, I just dealt with it. Wouldn’t ever go to this place again. No way. 5. Bathroom had a kindergarten size toilet and shower. Bathroom was dirty and had several flies buzzing around in it.

The staff was friendly.

There was mold in the bathtub and the shower didn`t work properly. The room felt grimmy and the abundance of pet fur worked up my asthma so I could hardly sleep. The breakfast was just some yogurt and granola bars.

great place to stay and the room was clean and the bed was so comfortable after driving for such a long time we needed t

great location off the interstate and close by to restaurants .. especially after driving 10 hours from Myrtle Beach .. stopped for the night and tired. didn’t want to drive anymore so a five minute walk in the same parking lot I walked over to Burger King and had dinner in the hotel.

No issues.. all good.

The bed was comfortable.

Non-smoking rooms do not exist on 1st floor level. 1st room stunk of smoke, even ashtray on stand. 2nd room worse, and didn't have any more on 1st floor. It's 1 a.m., just drove 5 hours. My foot is so swollen I am unable to climb steps, so I have to take the 1st room because it stinks less. Are you kidding me? Then I looked at my bill, and they charged me for my service dog to stay in a pet friendly hotel. Keep driving!

We need a place to stay over night, next time will use a place with at least four star.

It was close to interstate.

The washroom tub curtain was not up to the job. The flooring of washroom was in need of some work. Overall the washroom needs some major work in order to become a pleasant place.

Parking is very close to the rooms. 4 feet outside the door. Convenient for unloading but the noise of others arriving at all hours is disturbing.

even though we had a “non-smoking” reservation, the room was stagnant with mold and cigarette smoke. my wife is an asthmatic and has chronic migraines which are triggered by smells. we checked in early before the football game so that we didn’t have to go through the process of checking in at midnight after the game was over. upon return, we were in the room LESS THAN 10 MINUTES before we decided that the room was just too much for the both of us and we left and made the 3 plus hour drive back home to Columbus, Ohio knowing that we wasted 90 dollars on a room. we spoke to someone at the front desk via phone upon departure, but no guarantees were made of any sort of reimbursement. if you need a truly smoke free room, this isn’t the place for you.

the bed was very comfortable but I wouldn’t stay again.

it was really close to work and the mall. also the cheapest in the area

the tiles in the floor was cracked open and the dirt would come from under in. there were ants crawling everywhere and on everything. I also never got my room cleaned when I asked and I went to management every time but they did nothing about the cleaning people not cleaning our room
