The room decor is beautiful! The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. We liked it that the breakfst hours lasted until 10:00 am.
We asked the front desk for linens for the couch when we checked in but no one ever brought them. We had to line the couch with one of the bedspreads. Thankfully we had our own blanket with us.
The breakfast was room temperature at best. The omelet and the sausage were both cold.
The tub in our room did not drain when showering. We had to stand in several inches of water while showering.

Comfortable and clean.
Upon arrival, the front desk clerk told me that the card used through Booking was declined and that I needed to pay the hotel for the room. Upon later review, I have discovered that was not the case and the card did go through with Booking and therefore double booked the hotel room. Booking charged me $233.85 and the hotel charged me $199.00. Therefore, I am seeking a refund through Booking. I do not know who is not being truthful with me.
