That it was close to the beach.

I did not like it at all, the picture on the website is nothing compare to the actual facility. The facility smells musty, it looks super dirty, there was no phone in our room, the room was very uncleanly. The roof was leaking, the bathroom clogged was disgusting. The elevator wasn't working, the pool wasn't open. I wasn't impressed at all. For $280 USD I was expecting more.

It was dirty, the staff wasn’t friendly, the bath tubs were clogged and the entire hotel smelled like marihuana, I had to wash everything when I got home. The elevator wasn’t working when we got there so we had to carry everything upstairs to the 3rd floor. They charged you to clean your room but they don’t clean it unless you ask one day in an advance. And we saw a few cockroaches. So I don’t recommend this place.

The kindness of the lady at the night reception

I am very disappointed with the quality of the room and the assistance provided by the employees at the hotel. There was black mold everywhere in our room when we arrived, I couldn't believe that it was mold everywhere, I thought our room just needed painting. but after our first night I started coughing my husband had an asthma attack. they must have known that there was a problem with the room because In the morning, the maintenance man wakes us up to see our bathroom after he checked it and he said that we have to change rooms. after that I contacted the housekeeping manager they said that since I didn't report the mold at the first moment, they couldn't help me it completely outrages me that a family with children is put in such a room when no one could belong in such a room. they said i don't have to pay for the last night. but I still had to pay. I wrote an email to the hotel that I received at the front desk as a contact option. Nobody answered. no one is dealing with the problem. they completely ruined our family vacation.

I like the staff the friendly and whatever the problem is they fix it

This is the hotel I go to every time I go to Miami there’s nothing that I really don’t like about it

I loved the location, it was a prime spot

it was dirty, the mattress was not good at all, just not clean and there were even dirty towels left crumbled up

The only positive aspect of this hotel was its location to the beach

The location is nice near the beach, the hotel itself is not new but is ok to spend your vacation, a lot of shops walking distance the people working there are friendly

The Lift was not working for my total stay, they gave me a discount for that but with your heavy luggage the stairs up and down is not easy. There is no free parking as mentioned during the day, you have to pay by mobile from 8 AM untill 6 PM after 6
