The location to the Denny Sanford Center, exceptional, the help was nice, the rooms were clean, but could use some updating, not equipped with new charging stations. Furniture could use a spruce up, but the beds were clean and comfortable
Complimentary breakfast would have been nice. Or even a free coffee bar, but nothing and for $154 night, you kind of except something

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were a lot of activities going on so the hotel was full but every staff member was very pleasant and assisted people right away. It's a great hotel

Location
Staff argumentative about breakfast being included eventually gave vouchers. I did pay extra for breakfast to be included
Requested an accessible room and my request was accepted but upon arrival did not receive accessible room
Restaurant was not open had to sit by the bar and eat bar food.
Stain on carpet in front of fridge.
