The beds were alright and it was mostly quiet

It was rather old and worn down. Could use a facelift. The breakfast should be a buffet. Was insufficient.

Stayed at Best Western Plus Waterville Grand Hotel and had a comfortable experience overall. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious, giving plenty of room to relax. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, and breakfast was a nice start to the day.
One area for improvement: the property is showing its age and could benefit from an upgrade to freshen things up.

Location & stag were good. Breakfast was very good. The women in the restaurant, essentially the young lady manager was fantastic! Not a buffet so that was great. Hot customer breakfast
Dingy looking halls. My room 327 was noisy from other guests . Doors slamming in the night woke me at least 3 times after midnight. The king bed is old. You could roll of either side it was so bad.
