No plans to stay here again.

Morning breakfast and staff were lovely.

The room smelled really bad. Like someone smoked and they tried to clean it up. I have to wash everything as all my clothes smell of it. The room uses a fan-type heater so it’s difficult to regulate the room temperature. The bathtub was missing a drain cap and the towel rack is falling off. This facility needs some TLC. I find the images very misleading.

I came to visit family and only to spend the night but extended my stay! Comfy! Great location!

The front desk reception is very welcoming and customer service is excellent. I was very please with my one night stay. I have stayed here multiple times and will continue to book here for the integrity of the inn and staff. Very clean rooms, they may need an update or redecoration but they are ok for the price but think outdated.

The outdated bedding and decor, and furniture makes you take a step back in time. I would say they should update the room and the color patterns for something in relation to the area like the greenery and maybe something more collegiate. They could also do with some sort of waffle/bagel station and better coffee. Some times the jacuzzi is often closed when I book. Not sure if it’s a maintenance issue or safety concern.. maybe both.

Good location but expensive & not clean room.

Location is good, able to walk to 5th Street Market & Hult Center. Air conditioning worked well.

Dirty, spider web with dead bugs in bathroom. Very small room. $433 for 2 nights is a ridiculous price for this place.

It was comfortable and enjoyable.

The room was spacious. I like how all the rooms are ground floor which makes it nice when you have a pet! The sofa was a great addition to sit comfortably.

I would say outside garbage cans to dispose of dog feces after being picked up would have been helpful. That’s really the only complaint!

Great location

The room was clean, good size and with light. The laundry room was small but clean and the breakfast had different kinds of food such as oatmeal, bagels and fruits. People at the desk were great.

A quick overnight stay. A challenging drive through city traffic from the highway, hard to find entrance but handy when

close to restaurants and ample parking

My room was next to the smoking shelter so I dealt with a lot of pot smell. a little thread bare, possibly mascara stains on sheets and bits of paper on the bathroom floor. shower nozzle bezel pulled away from wall. old, flat pillows. all little things I bring up only because I was asked. the room was comfortable and fresh for its age.

Good value for the money. I would stay here again.

The room was clean. It was well lit. I also liked the coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. The bed was comfortable. The towels were nice and thick. The water pressure of the shower was good. The hotel was across the street from a Whole Foods and there were several restaurants close by. The breakfast bar was pretty good and it showed that the management tried to put on a decent selection which included coffee and a good selection of tea bags, bagels, fruit, nutritional bars, yogurt, peeled eggs, apple and orange juices, and packets of oatmeal. Overall, it was of good value.

The wifi was spotty. There were some ants in the room.

Fixing the chips in the tub and upgrades in the bathroom would be helpful. overall it was clean and acceptable.

Budget option in Eugene

Great location, super-friendly staff, very convenient. Very quick walk to downtown!

The rooms are well-loved, I'll put it that way. The bathroom facilities (sinks, shower, toilet) were all in need of repair and/or replacing. The towel rack and the curtain rods were hanging on for dear life.

The staff was amazing and very accommodating to us every step of the way.

We really enjoyed our stay. We have no complaints about this property!
