The owners were very accommodating to us during our stay. We booked multiple rooms and they were very satisfactory. Good downtown location, close to shopping and restaurants!
The one downside is the size of the vanity in the bathroom. Since they updated the shower, which is very nice, the vanity is just a little smaller than usual.

It had restaurants and stores close by. The room was clean, the staff was nice.
It was a bit noisy being close to a busy street but otherwise it was fine.

Price was sky-high due to events going on in Eugene. This is a very basic motel room.
Exposed plywood under bathroom lav not attractive. Could easily be covered in laminate,, etc.
