Overall, a great experience.
We had NO cold water in our room # 424, very hot water only, we could not brush our teeth, we had to purchase bottled water and we could not take a shower. The maintenance tech found the problem the next morning.

Very rude front desk lady. Long wait for the check-in (50 minutes). No shampoo (the container was empty)
