We had a great experience! We walked in with no reservation and it was getting late. The young lady at the front desk, Aaliyah, was so helpful. She walked us through getting a booking online to get a better rate and then got us a nice room that was quiet and comfortable. She took her time even though there were other people waiting to check in. The next morning at breakfast, Nikki, got us some fresh fruit from the back when she heard us talking about bananas. Hats off to the GM, Kayla, for the excellent customer service training.

The extra $20 for incidentals was not disclosed and has not been given back after check out like the woman at the desk said it would be when I asked her why I was charged an extra $20. It is still pending in my bank account.
Was NOT told before hand that the pool was closed. The pool was part of why I booked this part.
