Super clean, comfortable beds and the breakfast was a nice convenience.
We didn’t have maid service, so a bit disappointing but not the end of the world.

Everything was exceptional, I would have liked breakfast to be a bit extended for those checking out at 11am.
It would be great if a discount was given to PENN STATE FAMILIES, YOUR PRICE WAS STEEP FOR AN OVERNIGHT STAY. WE PAID BECAUSE WE HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO PAY THE PRICE, OR WE. WOULD NOT HAVE A ROOM IN THE AREA FOR MOVE IN DAY AT THE COLLEGE.. We were happy with everything but the price of the room....Sorry being honest..
Parents are already paying a lot to send their kids to college, it would be nice to give us a break especially since we are needing to come back often within the year and would like to stay at the same place as before due to the price and great accommodations.

When we checked in we were told the water in our bathroom was switched, hot was cold and cold was hot. Unfortunately that was not true, we did not have any hot water. Also when my husband went to take a shower he almost fell cause the floor in the shower was very slippery. We paid quite a bit for the room to not have any hot water.
