stayed here 3 times previously with no problems this time all was crazy will not be back

staff was friendly

request 4 non smoking got 2, only 6 fuzzy channels for tv , couple fighting and I called front desk he came open there door and left had to call again front desk said it’s a husband and wife arguing , scared my children we stayed in 3 of my rooms and paid for 4 rooms

not restful and didn’t feel safe

staff was great

very loud and profane yelling starting at 10 pm out side our window. Sheriff came and calmed it down around 2 am. but talking and kids running up and down the hall continued for another 30 minutes.

Nothing. Except that the room was clean. Other than that it was bad. No cable c worth mentioning. Because There was no guide, TV channels had poor reception , no large bath towels, there was only one cable movie channel, thec other channels were regular channels butvI didnt know which one itcwas because there was no guide to help navigate and it was only 4 or 5 channels in total. Would be better served reading a book. And to make matters worse they chargedv25 dollars for early checkin. And its was already past 1:30p. I found this highly offensive. And wanted to charge me a 75 deposit, Even though i was paying with my card. There are many far better places to stay in Lawrence.Whoever runs this place is kin to a slum lord. Fleecing customers trying to keep themselves afloat. Don't waste your time and cash on this place.

See what i liked. Place ran by a slum lord for certain.Gives booking.com a bad reputation.

Superb

met our expectations. arrived late in the evening, basically slept and then continued on with our trip. no issues or complaints. if we travel back this way, we will stop here again. enjoyed our stay.

Very poor

Big rooms and big bed nice bathroom

I didn't like the noise that was coming from hallway kept me up. Room had cockroaches they came out if you left your food to go bathroom I hated that badly .

Very good

It was about what you would expect for a Motel 6 off the interstate. Room was nicer/cleaner than the lobby. The staff was all super friendly and helpful. Very dog friendly. Also very loud (hallways are open to lobby and noise carries).

Pleasant

Simple, not much to boast about.

Wasn't cleaned very well, there was hair, like shaven facial hair, caked in the top of the facet handle of the sink.

Never again

There were dead bugs in the room, a whole in the window sill, stained towels, no shampoo/conditioner, no hair dryer. A/C made room smell musty. Stairwell smelled hideous. Lots of people around who didn’t look like they belonged.

it was next to the interstate.

it was not clean. There was hair in the sink and the cover had burn looking marks. The station on the television kept going out.

One of the worst motels I've ever stayed in.

The building was incredibly difficult to find, hidden down a dark drive behind a Burger King. The building was decrepit and filthy inside and out. The toilet didn't work. The doors were scratched up inside and out. The desk clerk got into a rolling on the ground, punching fight with someone while I was there. The police were called. Pets are allowed, so dogs started barking around 6am. All around terrible. I'll sleep in my car next time.

it’s a place to sleep, wouldn’t recommend it for a long stay.

The price for one night was reasonable. Also appreciate the check in minimum age is 18.

Rooms are outdated. Lobby and Halls smell like cigarettes and the beds have the thinnest blankets.

tricky to get into, outward appearance was "dingy" and stepping inside confirmed that...

bed was comfy, room was clean, staff was nice...

hall/stair carpet was really dated and very much needed cleaning (actually, torn out and replaced, along with some fresh paint) NO HOT WATER for morning shower!! not good at all - hotel knocked off 1/2 the cost, but i'd rather have taken a shower instead of a cold sink bath...

It was a comfortable place to stay.

The location was just off the Turnpike, which was good. Room was nice and clean. The air conditioner was the best part. Had the room nice and cold. Comfy beds.
