From the very moment we arrived, we felt welcome. The owner(s) were kind, efficient, helpful and stayed out of site. Our party spent the majority of the time at the pool, which is very clean. Two nice tables with umbrellas. They have heaters at the pool, which we did not use but definitely would have if it was cold outside. They offered a nice continental breakfast. The room was clean.
There was nothing I didn't like.

the floor was not mopped, our feet were black, we ended up moping the floor with a wet towel.

Quiet location, clean rooms, nice staff. The coy fish were beautiful.
Toilet clogged regularly, bathroom light would flicker then eventually went out and would not come back on. Other than that. The rooms are nice.
