Easy access to the location and really easy to find. Rooms are nice and the AC is frigid.
No plugs for anything at the desk, so could not easily get work on the laptop done. Spiders had an old and thriving web system setup in the bathroom.

Close and convenient. Friendly Owner and the night seemed to be nice and quiet, and no one came around vandalizing. :)

The location and the staff/owner
Saw a couple of roaches in the bathroom and the beds were very uncomfortable and unstable, need new and comfortable beds

Room was close to food, banks, and entertainment
Staff was sort of stand offish and cold but nice in their own way I guess, and room was not ready when I arrived but other rooms were prepared so I had to wait to enter my room for about 20 to 30 minutes not a big issue but inconvenient to say the least
