Great location. Within minutes of Downtown restaurants and farmer’s market. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Fairly modern and well kept. Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice amenities and the breakfast was fair!
Our room smelled like marijuana the entire time, but our second room next door smelled fine and clean. Also, the carpets are very dirty, hence why they keep them black. Walking barefoot for an hour on it leaves your feet black. Saw a baby cockroach in the bathroom (means there’s more…) and ants on ceiling in shower.

The hotel was clean. Rooms comfortable and the staff friendly. Close to shopping and Chico state.
