About this bed and breakfast

Rest easy in this simple and private studio - located in one of Downtown Chico's most walkable neighborhoods. With a private entrance and coffee bar, this lovely studio is perfect for the traveling professional.

I live in town and am available by phone or text - so don’t hesitate to let me know if you need anything at all!

Our home is conveniently located in the coveted 'Golden Triangle' neighborhood of Chico, with ample shaded street parking. Freeway access, shopping, Bidwell park, and CSU Chico are all within a five minute drive (or less!) and the tree-lined streets of the neighborhood are ideal for an afternoon stroll. This studio serves as the perfect home-base while you explore all that Chico has to offer.

The studio is your own private space. Ample street parking and keyless entry make things simple and convenient.

Please note this is a guesthouse. While there are no shared spaces, the other home is occupied. There is a coffee bar, full bath, and Queen size bed. There is no kitchen.
