The hotel is very nice and clean. It is obvious that it is taken care of very well. The rooms are very spacious. We were on the 4th floor so unfortunately we heard the air condition unit on the roof the whole time, so recommend you stay on a lower level.

Hot tub was too hot 108 degrees. Asked to have it turned down and it wasn't. No housekeeping the 3 nights we were there. Breakfast was a zoo. Kids everywhere and made messes especially waffle maker. Bed was nice but very hard.

This is our 5th time staying at this particular Hampton Inn in Chico. Our daughter attends Chico state University, so when we drive up there this is the ONLY place we stay. The staff is always so warm, professional and helpful. The hotel itself is immaculate. We have never had a negative experience and will continue to make this our one-and-inly choice to stay when in Chico or on our way up north.

I absolutely love staying at this property!! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I was able to request a room on the first floor and early check-in. We were coming from out of town and got there earlier than expected. It was such an amazing time with family. I will be back soon. They have a good variety of breakfast and to-go bags if needed. Even gave my daughter a cup of milk at midnight, from the kitchen. I can't say enough good things about the employees or our room.

This is hotel is completely new, we were greeted by Luke and he was great to have both of our rooms closer since our kids were traveling with us. The breakfast was good, clean areas and overall great experience!

The hotel room was fantastic and comfortable. Very clean and had all the amenities you need. It was quiet and dark so we could sleep in late. The sofa bed in the front room was old and broken down but we didn’t need to use it. We will definitely stay here again. Excellent shuttle service to the airport.

Clean hotel, fairly new, great friendly staff. Ice maker on our level was out of order but went down a floor and problem solved. Enjoyed my stay, would definitely stay there again.

1 night in Chico for a baseball tournament. Everything was clean and updated. Only negative is the bathroom only had a barndoor that didn’t cover the whole opening
