Nice property. House keeping unavaialable, or short staffed.

Breakfast was good; customer service was lacking.

I was given the 'run around' from the front desk when inquiring about a late check out; you should not have to inquire 4 times to just get a 'no'.

We visit family on a regular basis and appreciate the comfort, cleanliness of the Inn. The staff are lovely and courteou

Although not in the town center, it is close to the Market Place for shopping. Quiet, clean and well appointed rooms. Hand sterilizers available in many places. Nice pool and fitness room.

Limited walking paths in area. Coffee machine in room flimsy but coffee and hot water available in lobby all day.

We had a relaxing stay and were impressed with the facility.

Pool was so clean, water was a perfect tempeture. The room felt spacious and had lots of storage. Bathroom was beautiful.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. Okay, egg thing at breakfast was a little gas food station-sih.

There was a carnival set up in the parking lot right next to the hotel. Kind of loud and bright lights.

The staff were nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast on site was very convenient.

nice room, great staff, just need to get rid of the ants u fortunately.

Nice big room a tad dated but clean. Huge tv.

I reserved a room for 4 nights but after finding ants all over by the coffee area of my room I checked out early.

Comfortable place to stay.

Very clean & comfortable.

Tap water tastes terrible! Need some filtered water taps in rooms or near the ice machine. Room had strong antiseptic smell to it.

LUCAS/LUKE IS A LEGEND

Everything. So clean, ac was amazing, the staff was amazing (SHOUTOUT LUCAS/LUKE, what a legend. He helped me find additional places to tour in terms of housing and we secured an amazing place because of his recommendations). Complimentary breakfast was tasty, rooms were amazing. It was a fantastic stay.

I’d stay again, just hope there’s enough breakfast without my having to get there when breakfast starts.

The room was great. Comfortable bed, great tv.

i went down for breakfast at 8:30 am. There were no biscuits, English muffins left, 2 pieces of bread and maybe a total of 6 bagels left. I was told they got hit hard early that morning. Presumably most guests had reservations, so the number of guests should have been known to the food manager, and enough basic products should have been ordered. At 6 am, my neighbor’s alarm clock went off and woke me up.

We reserved a room with two beds only to arrive and have no rooms with two beds available. They did have a room with a sofa bed in it, but that is not what we wanted or booked.

this is a great value for a hotel this nice.

it’s basically new. It’s very stylish and the rooms have a great floor plan. the staff was courteous and professional. the breakfast was great. if they keep it that nice, I’ll stay there every time.

Great and friendly staff. Easy and quick check in and out. Overall great experience would recommend and stay again. Hotels are going downhill in Chico but this one is great. Only stayed 1 night and wasn't there long but the short few hours I was there it was great

I only stayed one night and didn't get there until 9pm and checked out at 4:30am so I wasn't there that long honestly.
