Staff was courteous and professional. Really enjoyed staying here.
There is only one thing that was upsetting. The ELEVATOR would automatically close onto me everytime. Being handicapped, the door would slam into me everytime. 5 to 8 second closure. Both ELEVATORS were set the same. Other guests would have to hold open the door so I could make it in.

Everything was perfect. The staff was so friendly. The room was nice and clean. The bed was so comfortable. The only downside was the ice machine wasn’t working, but I didn’t mark off anything for that because everything else was so nice.

It had a pool open till 11pm ,gym open 24hrs and free breakfast ,Comfy beds , big restroom .
After swimming in the pool we noticed 2 cockroaches crawling across the floor and one fell in the pool . Immediately took my stuff to my car , was very uncomfortable after that . Also there was a deposit I was not aware of , of 100 dollars extra along with the room price , and I couldn’t use cash had to have money on the card I used to book my room which made it very hard for me checking into my room because I had to borrow money and transfer from two different cards to get into my bank card ,was definitely a stressful moment.
