Bed was comfortable and room was clean, but door was very tight to turn and made getting in and out hard. Shower head was loose and kept moving when showering without frequent adjusting, breakfast has selection but taste of hot food not so great. No overview of the place when we shared we were first time visitor.

The check in was fast and easy, however the room they gave us was right next to the freeway off ramp. 25/8 traffic noise complete with nightly lights and sirens! Breakfast wasn't great. I would bring your own coffee for the room it was pretty bad. Room would have been rated higher if it were in a different location.

When I checked in Friday night tv didn’t work. They didn’t know how to fix. They came up to room about 30-40 min and tried to fix. Then trouble shoot. Next morning I called because the night before they said it would be fixed. I was in meeting all the next day, I called 2 times to see if it was fixed and no one knew anything about it after checking with the front desk before I left that morning. Came back to hotel went to room not fixed. Front desk said to mov rooms. I am by myself she brought me a new room key and didn’t help me move rooms at 9 pm at night

Property is clean and staff is nice. Suite size misrepresented—we booked for 5, but suite was really only sufficient for 3, 4 at the most. There were insufficient linens and bedding; when we asked for Extra blankets, we were told that there were none available—we were freezing cold all night. Also, no hot water for shower. Disappointing for price. I go to Chico often to visit family, but will try other places before I book at this place again.

The property said that it was pet friendly which is why I booked it. I paid top dollar for an average hotel at nearly $400 for the night and then upon check in, they charged me an extra $100 for a non-refundable pet fee. I felt that it was too much and it was not expected.

Please , please update the bathrooms. The bathtub seemed very unsafe with the slope. You could do better with your breakfast as well. The oranges look like lemons!

We stayed here after experiencing car troubles on our way from Oregon to Arizona and needing somewhere to stay while waiting for the dealership to open. The room met our needs due to the size and layout, however it was the front desk representatives that stood out. These ladies were doing the job of 3 people acting as typical check-in/check-out support, purveyor of food and beverage and mask/sanitizer enforcer. Additionally, one in particular (name unknown) went above and beyond to help me bridge the gap between checkout time and when
